Products
We use a luxurious coconut-apricot wax blend, which delivers an exceptional burn pool, long-lasting performance, and superior scent throw. This premium wax is our preferred choice over the industry-standard paraffin wax, which is petroleum-based, ensuring a cleaner, more eco-conscious burn.
Yes, all Glory Strength candles are meticulously hand-poured right here in the United States. Our vessels are handcrafted and hand-painted, adding a unique artisanal touch to every piece. Our candles feature specially braided flat cotton wicks that maintain a slight curl during burning. This innovative design directs the wick tip into the hottest part of the flame, minimizing carbon buildup (mushrooming), reducing smoke, and providing a self-trimming effect for a stable, consistent flame. All wicks are lead and zinc free, ensuring safety and purity.
Absolutely. Glory Strength candles and fragrances are formulated without formaldehyde, parabens, phthalates, mutagens, carcinogens, or other toxins. We prioritize health and wellness in every scent profile, allowing you to indulge in luxury without compromise.
To ensure your Glory Strength candle burns beautifully and lasts, follow these essential care tips: Trim the wick to about 1/4 inch before each lighting using sharp scissors or a wick trimmer—this prevents sooting, mushrooming, and uneven burning for a clean, steady flame. For the first burn, allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface (typically around 4 hours) to create a memory ring that avoids tunneling and maximizes scent release. Limit subsequent burns to no more than 4 hours per session to prevent overheating the vessel, preserving wax and fragrance integrity while extending the candle's luxurious life. Orders
We securely process payments through Shopify Payments, accepting major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For flexible installment options, we offer Shop Pay, allowing you to spread payments over time without interest on qualifying orders. All transactions are encrypted for your peace of mind during checkout.
We aim to process orders as quickly as possible for a seamless experience. Orders placed before 8:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on business days (Monday-Thursday) typically ship the next business day, within 1-2 business days total. Those placed after 8:00 PM ET process in 1-3 business days. Weekend orders (Friday-Sunday) ship the following Monday to protect our heat-sensitive candles from extended waits in distribution centers. During promotions or holidays, expect 3-5 business days due to higher volume.
Yes, you'll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and carrier details (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) as soon as your order ships. Track progress directly on the carrier's website. If issues arise, such as delays from weather or carrier disruptions, we're here to help—contact support@glory-strength.com.
Orders can be canceled or modified if they haven't entered processing—contact us immediately at support@glory-strength.com with your order number. Once processing begins (typically within hours for pre-8 PM ET orders), changes may not be possible, and our standard refund process applies for returns. We do not offer direct exchanges; return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping & Returns
We ship domestically via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, with UPS and FedEx favored for their careful handling and speed, while UPS and USPS offer reduced rates. Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $125 to the continental U.S. (excluding Alaska/Hawaii). Orders under $125 are at market rates, shown at checkout. Alaska and Hawaii incur additional fees due to distance.
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and unlit, in original packaging. We provide a pre-paid return label (with a flat fee of $_____ deducted from your refund). Sale items, customized/engraved products, and final sale goods are non-returnable. Choose refund to original payment or store credit.
For damage in transit, notify us within 48 hours with photos for a full refund or replacement (including shipping). We're not responsible once the carrier marks it "delivered," but we'll assist with carrier claims for lost packages. Refer to our policies for full details on defects or issues.
Gifts follow standard return rules—provide proof of purchase for store credit if needed. Sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and non-returnable.
