1. Return Eligibility and Window
30-Day Return Window: You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original delivery date. The return must be postmarked or initiated within this timeframe. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
Item Condition Requirements: To qualify for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For candles specifically, this means they must not have been lit, burned, or otherwise altered in any way. Items that show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original tags/labels will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.
Proof of Purchase: All returns must include a copy of your original order confirmation or receipt. Returns without proof of purchase will not be processed.
2. Return Process
Initiating a Return: To start a return, contact our customer support team at support@glory-strength.com or through the "Contact Us" form on our website. Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and photos of the item and packaging if applicable. We will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions for return shipping.
Return Shipping: We provide a pre-paid return shipping label for eligible returns within the United States. A flat fee of $_____ (deducted from your refund) will apply to cover the cost of the label. Returns to Alaska or Hawaii will have an increased return shipping fee due to distance of travel.
Inspection Upon Receipt: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 3-5 business days. If approved, we will proceed with your refund or credit.
3. Refund Options
Refund Methods: Upon approval, you may choose to receive your refund in one of the following ways:
Back to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal, or other method used at checkout). Refunds to the original method typically process within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
As store credit, issued in the form of a Glory Strength gift card or credit code, which never expires and can be used on any future purchase.
Refund Amount: Refunds will include the full purchase price of the item(s), minus any applicable shipping fees, return label fees, or discounts applied at the time of purchase. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Timing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and approve the returned item(s). Please note that weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods may extend processing times.
4. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Sale Items: All items purchased on sale, during promotions, or marked as "final sale" are non-returnable and non-refundable. This includes discounted bundles or limited-time offers.
Customized or Engraved Items: Personalized products, such as customized candles or engraved vessels, are made to order and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective due to our error.
Gift Cards and Digital Products: Gift cards, e-gift certificates, and any digital downloads are final sale and non-refundable.
Bundled or Set Items: If returning part of a bundle or set (e.g., from the Yin and Yang Collection), the refund will be prorated based on the individual item value, and the bundle discount may no longer apply.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged due to shipping issues, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@glorystrength.com with photos of the damage, packaging, and shipping label. We will investigate and, if confirmed, provide a full refund (including shipping costs) or a replacement at no additional charge. For replacements, we will ship a new item as soon as possible, subject to availability.
Defective Products: If an item is found to be defective (e.g., manufacturing flaw in the candle vessel or wick), contact us within 30 days of receipt. We may require photos or return of the item for inspection. Approved defects will receive a full refund or replacement.
Our Responsibility Ends at Delivery: Once the shipping carrier marks your package as "delivered," we are no longer responsible for the item. This includes cases of theft, loss after delivery, or porch piracy. We recommend selecting signature confirmation or insured shipping at checkout for high-value orders.
