Our shipping policy is designed to provide transparency, reliability, and efficiency for all domestic orders within the United States. We use trusted carriers to handle our fragile, heat-sensitive products, prioritizing quality and speed. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, with changes effective upon posting on our website at glory-strength.com.

1. Shipping Carriers and Methods

We partner with reputable carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ship your orders. UPS and FedEx are preferred for their superior handling of delicate items, offering quicker transit times and better protection against damage. UPS and USPS provide reduced shipping rates for added affordability.

All shipments are carefully packaged to safeguard against breakage, melting, or other issues. During warmer temperatures, the wax may soften or melt slightly during shipping, but the quality will not be affected.

2. Shipping Rates and Free Shipping

Free Shipping: We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders totaling $125 or more (after discounts and before taxes) to addresses within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). This promotion applies automatically at checkout.

Orders Under $125: Shipping costs for orders below $125 are calculated at market rates based on the carrier, package weight, dimensions, and destination. Rates are displayed at checkout for your review before finalizing your purchase.

Alaska and Hawaii: Due to the extended distance and logistical challenges, orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii incur additional fees. These surcharges are calculated at checkout and reflect the actual increased costs from our carriers.

Shipping rates do not include any applicable sales taxes, which are added based on your delivery address.

We do not offer expedited or rush shipping options at this time, but we strive to process all orders promptly.

3. Shipping Destinations

Domestic Shipping Only: At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States and do not accept international orders or ship to addresses outside the U.S., including U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam) or APO/FPO military addresses. If you attempt to place an international order, it will be canceled, and you will receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain addresses if they pose delivery risks, such as P.O. boxes for oversized items or areas with known carrier limitations.

4. Order Processing and Shipping Times

Processing Time: We aim to ship your order as quickly as possible to preserve the freshness and integrity of our luxury candles. Orders placed before 8:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on a business day (Monday through Thursday) will typically process and ship the next business day, with most orders fulfilling within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed after 8:00 PM ET will generally process within 1-3 business days.

Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will ship on the following Monday (or the next business day if Monday is a holiday). This policy helps prevent our heat-sensitive candles from sitting in warm distribution centers over the weekend, reducing the risk of melting or quality degradation.

Promotions and Peak Periods: During sales events, holidays, or high-volume periods (e.g., Black Friday, Mother's Day), processing times may extend to 3-5 business days due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience and will notify you via email if there are any delays.

Transit times vary by carrier and destination: typically 2-5 business days for continental U.S. addresses after shipment. Total delivery time is processing time plus transit time.

Business days exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays (e.g., New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).

5. Tracking and Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number and carrier details. You can monitor your package's progress directly on the carrier's website.

Deliveries require a physical address; we cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers or oversized items.

Our Responsibility Ends at Delivery: Once the shipping carrier marks your package as "delivered," we are no longer responsible for the item. This includes cases of theft, loss after delivery, or porch piracy. We recommend selecting signature confirmation or insured shipping at checkout for high-value orders. If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the carrier directly. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or returned shipments. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If a package is returned due to an address error, we will reship upon payment of additional shipping fees.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

While we package our products meticulously, shipping mishaps can occur. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for details on claims, refunds, or replacements. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage for prompt assistance.

For lost packages, we will work with the carrier to investigate. If confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We are not liable for delays or damages caused by events beyond our control, such as severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions (force majeure).
